to understand the information contained therein. If we undertake work described in these pages we will require the customer to copy the appropriate page and add their signature which will be considered acceptance of

all the conditions explained and agreement with the contents.

Alternatively, a customer may send an e-mail to Ideal Plumbing Solutions simply by clicking the Submit button on the Agreement form below stating that the information contained in the Notes and Disclaimer pages has been read and understood, and that they are in agreement with the conditions contained therein.

Ideal Plumbing Solutions reserve the right not to undertake any work described hereafter until this condition has been met and in addition will not be held responsible for any damage or repairs or liability of any kind caused by or arising from any failure to comply with any of these conditions or any makers’ or manufacturers’ conditions or warranty where applicable other than where Ideal Plumbing Solutions is directly at fault.
