PLEASE NOTE IF YOUR ANNUAL BOILER SERVICE IS NOT UNDERTAKEN BY A GAS SAFE REGISTERED INSTALLER YOUR EXTENDED WARRANTY WILL NOT BE VALID.

THIS WARRANTY IS NOT TRANSFERABLE AND ONLY APPLIES TO MAINLAND UK.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED.

What is covered by the warranty.

The cost of repair as a result of a mechanical or electrical fault caused by components enclosed within the boiler casing, which has rendered the boiler inoperative.

What is NOT covered by the warranty.

Any repair or damage arising from a failure to comply with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Routine cleaning, servicing and maintenance including any repair arising from debris in the system/contamination of the water or from air locks or in priming the heating system.

Any repair or damage caused by using the boiler in a commercial or non-domestic environment or from any modification and/or addition to the heating or water system which is outside the design limits or capabilities of the boiler.

Repair or damage caused by a failure, fault or abnormal conditions in the gas, electric or water company energy supply or equipment or to the fuel supply lines or flue system from the boiler.

Damage caused by fire, explosion, floods, storms, lightning, frost or other adverse weather conditions or theft, attempted theft or any malicious damage however caused.

Repairs or damage to energy management systems, immersion heaters, controller valves or external time clocks, radiators, cylinders including un-vented cylinders, showers and associated system pipe-work, fused spurs, plugs or cables..

Any costs arising from the inability to use the boiler or from damage caused by a boiler breakdown or arising from the removal or reinstating of furniture or built-in or fitted furniture or equipment to gain access to the boiler,

or any cosmetic damage however caused.
