Any work incurred for a safety certificate to be issued will be charged at the hourly rate.
Central Heating - power flush - £480.00 (includes all parts and chemicals).

PAT testing - from £45.00 (based on 15 appliances).
Call-out charges and pricing
8am - 8pm.
Minimum charge £120.oo which includes the first hours labour. After which the appropriate hourly rate
will apply.
Monday to Friday £55 p/h
Saturdays call out charge £180.00 which includes first hour’s labour charge.
Sundays and public holidays £240 which includes first hour’s labour charge.
All the above prices are for labour only unless stated and based on work carried out between 8 am and 8 p.m.
Out-of-hours charges (8 pm - 12 midnight)
Minimum charge £180.oo which includes the first hours labour. After which the appropriate hourly rate
will apply.
Monday to Friday £110 p/h
Saturdays call out charge £220.00 which includes first hour’s labour charge.
Sundays and public holidays £300.00 which includes first hour’s labour charge.
Out of hours charges (12 midnight - 8 am)
Minimum charge £240.oo which includes the first hours labour. After which the appropriate hourly rate
